1. Bidding conditions
"Fangzhuang fire equipment maintenance project of oasis company" (gxtc-a1-22610134) has met the bidding conditions. Guoxin International Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Beijing shouyou Industrial Co., Ltd. Oasis Real Estate Branch to conduct domestic public bidding for the project.

3. Qualification requirements of the bidder
1）The bidder shall be a legal person or other organization within the territory of the people's Republic of China with the ability to independently bear civil liability, and provide business license and other supporting materials;
2）The bidder shall have good commercial reputation and provide the copy of the 2021 financial audit report audited by the accounting firm or the credit certificate issued by the bank in the last half year;
3）The bidder must have grade II (inclusive) or above qualification for professional contracting of fire fighting facilities;
4）The project manager has the qualification of a registered construction engineer of the second-level (inclusive) or above of the mechanical and electrical engineering employed by the bidding enterprise and a valid safety production assessment certificate (referred to as the safety B book);
5）In the past three years, there has been no major illegal record in business activities (major illegal record refers to administrative penalties such as criminal punishment or order to suspend production and business, revocation of license or license, and a relatively large fine due to illegal operation);
6）If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different bidders with direct holding or management relationship, they shall not participate in the bidding of this project at the same time;
7）Possess the equipment and technical expertise necessary to perform the contract

4. Obtaining tender documents
