1. Generator set
The unit adopts integrated structure, the base adopts high-strength steel, and the unit connection adopts full suspension damping design, with good damping effect and low vibration.
The diesel engine adopts Perkins engine, which is started by 24V DC, and is cooled by closed water circulation fan with water tank.
The generator adopts MDF generator produced by Mindong motor. AVR brushless automatic voltage regulation, H-class insulation, and the protection grade meets the IP22 / 23 standard.
The control panel adopts a special control module for large screen liquid crystal display (LCD), which has the functions of self starting data acquisition and display, fault alarm and protection, and is equipped with electrical monitoring instruments and diesel engine operation instruments to meet the technical upgrading of users.
The unit is equipped with MCCB molded case circuit breaker with short circuit and overload protection functions.
The output power of the unit conforms to the following working conditions: altitude ≤ 1oooom, ambient temperature ≤ 40 ° C.
2. The unit is equipped with a 24V high-performance lead-acid battery charging generator, which can be started for 6 consecutive times, and is equipped with a mains float charger to ensure sufficient battery energy.
3. The unit is equipped with base type daily oil tank, which can meet the continuous full load of the unit for more than 6 hours.
4. The unit is equipped with silencer, built-in shock absorber, corrugated shock absorber and simple installation materials.
5. The emission standard of the unit complies with Euro I emission standard.
6. Optional configuration: automatic load output cabinet, ATS automatic conversion cabinet, AMF mains voltage loss detection module, water (oil) heater, anti sound type, trailer mobile type, etc.
